James Yu is a Taiwanese-American author originally raised in Houston, TX. After graduating from college, he moved to Los Angeles to complete an internship focused on racial justice and community organizing. Since then, he has helped found a socially-conscious business startup, earned his financial advisor’s license, and pursued his writing aspirations in earnest. His first novel, Soaring Tigers, is an Asian-inspired dieselpunk heist and is currently out on query.
